Individual Counseling

Individual sessions are 50 minutes tailored to the client’s needs and treatment goals.  Common issues addressed in session include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, attachment styles, history of trauma, relational stress, low self esteem, parenting and anger management. Sessions can include, but are not limited to talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, anger management skills, internal family systems work, inner child work, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting.

Walk and Talk! Sessions can be conducted while walking outdoors in a public place if appropriate for the needs of the client. Some clients enjoy incorporating movement and being outside as opposed to sitting face to face in an office.
